What are the image sizes contained on your site for download?
All images are a industry leading size of 1600x1200. Videos are in Windows Media Player format; WMV. They are 720x480 in size @ 773 Kb/s.

What type of video player do I need to watch the videos?
All videos are in Windows Media format; WMV. If you are using a Windows computer you already have the necessary player installed. Just save the movie file to your Desktop and then open it by double clicking it. If you own a Macintosh computer may need to download a player for your system that supports the Windows WMV format. Many are available --even for free. Just do a Google search on "WMV Macintosh player".

How often do you have updates?
We update the site every Thursday with fresh material.

How do I download images?
Members should first login and then visit the Stroke It page. Each update will have video and still pictures available.

The link for downloading images is located just below each update description. The link provided will download the entire image set in one zip file. If you do not have Windows XP or higher you will need a ZIP utility in order to unzip the files for viewing.

Video files will have a Windows Media icon overlaying the image. This is your cue that clicking on the image will stream that video to your PC. If you wish to download the video directly to your PC right click the image. From the resulting popup menu select 'Save Target As' and then locate the folder on your hard drive where you wish to save the file.

What can I expect to find on your DVDs?
For the update that you selected to purchase you will find a much higher quality movie than what you can download from our site. The movies are in a 16:9 ratio, which, when viewed on a non-widescreen TV, are less than optimal. However, viewed on a HDTV the movies are stunning. In addition to the movies you will also receive the still images from the update. These also look spectacular on your HDTV.
